I had a pleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The front of house staff were absolutely outstanding and very accommodating. However, the room I stayed in could definitely use some refurbishment, and it was a little intimidating with a majority of local male guests. Overall, a decent option, particularly with the excellent breakfast included.

My stay at Neelams The Grand in Goa was quite enjoyable, especially with the close proximity to Calangute beach. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, albeit a bit dated.
